Fugitive Arrested in Tioga County

30-year-old Ryan Taylor of Lockwood was arrested by the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office as a Fugitive from Justice for an active warrant from Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Taylor was arraigned and was remanded to the Tioga County Jail where he awaits extradition to Pennsylvania.
