Unused Railroad Bridge Collapses in Tioga

A railroad bridge in the Town of Tioga, near Latimer Road, collapsed Tuesday morning. The bridge was no longer used for rail traffic. It was used by pedestrians. A nearby rail bridge was closed and then re-opened following inspection.
