Tioga State Bank will soon be opening an investment services office on Lake Street in Owego. The office at 18 Lake Street will provide space for two investment management specialists. These specialists will be able to offer you financial planning options, insurance plans, and brokerage services. The new office will also feature a 24/7 automated ATM.
