The Athens ArtsFest was held Saturday and Sunday at the Athens Area School District grounds, and over 100 local artists took part in the event. From painters to woodcarvers, artists were able to not only put on displays of making their art, but were also able to sell some of their works to the festival’s attendees. Thousands of people were drawn to this year’s event, the fifteenth year the ArtsFest has been held.
