An Athens woman was arrested by Athens Township police recently on a charge of recklessly endangering another person. 26-year-old Ashley Joiner is also facing a charge of disorderly conduct related to an incident which took place on April 23rd. Police say Joiner fired two rounds of a Smith and Wesson Governor revolver in the direction of surrounding houses near her residence on Gateway Industrial Park Road. She was arraigned and has been released from the Bradford County Jail.
