Some area fire departments are paying more attention to security after an attempted burglary at the Town of Triangle Fire Station. According to a facebook post by the Town of Triangle Fire Department, someone attempted to gain access to the station just after midnight on Wednesday. A numeric keypad lock is said to have been heavily damaged, but the would be burglar did not get inside. Authorities are investigating the incident.
