A man from Smithfield Township is behind bars on $100,000 bail after he has been accused of having sexual contact with a minor. 28-year-old Justin Sabin has been charged by Pennsylvania State Police after allegedly having sexual contact with a five-year-old female. He has since been arraigned and sent to the Bradford County Jail.
