Fire investigators have determined the cause of the fire that occurred at an Endwell apartment complex on Tuesday. The blaze that displaced 12 people in Endwell is said to have started as a result of a cooking incident. Firefighters were able to keep the fire contained to the first floor of the complex. The American Red Cross is helping those displaced.
