A Towanda man is facing charges of simple assault and harassment. 30-year-old Justin Brown was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with a woman in an apartment on Bridge Street in Towanda Borough. The victim claimed that Brown struck her multiple times. She had to be treated at Memorial Hospital for her injuries. Now Brown has been arraigned on the charges and was sent to the Bradford County Jail on $25,000 bail. His preliminary hearing has been postponed until August.
