A woman who was struck by a vehicle in Dryden on October 13th has died in the hospital. According to police, Michelle Drake was walking along Route 13 near Kirk road around midnight. It was at this time when the vehicle struck Drake. She was life flighted to Guthrie Hospital in Sayre. However, despite treatment efforts, Drake died three days later on October 16th. The driver who struck Drake will not be charged or ticketed according to authorities.
