An Elmira woman is facing harassment charges after she is said to have made threatening phone calls to a Bradford County woman. 57-year-old Bonnie Silvernail of Elmira has a preliminary hearing next month after she was charged with harassment. The victim in the case is reportedly Silvernail’s ex-husband’s current wife. Silvernail is said to have been calling the victim repeatedly, beginning as early as December 26th.
