Authorities have arrested an Endicott man in connection to a shooting which occurred on Liberty Street in Binghamton earlier this month. 25-year-old Vernon Riddick was arrested and charged with attempted second-degree murder and criminal impersonation. Riddick was arrested Wednesday night following a traffic stop in Binghamton. He is said to have provided authorities with a false name during the traffic stop. Riddick remains in custody.
