The two people who perished in a house fire on Monday in Troy, Pennsylvania have been identified. 26-year-old Brandon Evans, and 22-year-old Katie Evans both passed away due to carbon monoxide poisoning, according to coroner Thomas Carman. A canine also perished in the fire. The cause of the fire has still not been determined.
