A Johnson City man has been arrested on a charge of 2nd degree identity theft. 24-year-old Terrell Jefferies is said to have used a stolen credit card on two separate occasions in April to purchase a total of about $600 in alcohol. Jefferies is already residing in the Chenango County Jail on charges in connection to a separate incident. As a result, he was transported by sheriff’s deputy to the Town of Windsor Court for arraignment, then sent back to the Chenango County Jail.
