Justin Holloway of Sayre, the man behind the July 31st standoff near Robert Packer Hospital was arraigned yesterday. He has been charged with two felonies, including making terroristic threats and criminal possession of a weapon of mass destruction. In addition, he received misdemeanor drugs and weapons charges. Holloway was sent to the Bradford County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. He is scheduled to reappear in court on August 25th.
