Following multiple requests for leniency in sentencing, Federal prosecutors are not pursuing a prison sentence for former Senator Tom Libous, due to his declining health. Instead, prosecutors are recommending house arrest, as well as probation, and fines. Libous’ is scheduled to be sentenced on November 24th.
