Pennsylvania’s new car seat law goes into effect tomorrow. The new law requires all children up to the age of two to be in rear-facing car seats. Any child younger than the age of two is at an increased risk of life-changing injury in the event of an accident if placed in a forward-facing car seat. Previously, car seat requirements were determined by height and weight.
