Registration is now open for local residents interested in attending a debate among candidates vying for New York’s 22nd Congressional District. The debate is scheduled to be held on Thursday from 8-9pm at the WSKG Studios on Gates Road in Vestal. Those who would like to attend OR submit a question to the candidates during Thursday’s debate can do so by filling out a form on WSKG.org. The debate will be aired live on WSKG-TV, WSQX radio, CSPAN, and CSPAN online radio. The event is hosted by the League of Women Voters of Broome and Tioga Counties. Republican Candidate Claudia Tenney, Democratic Candidate Kim Meyers, and third party candidate Martin Babinec are all in the running for New York’s 22nd Congressional District.
