State Police in Towanda investigated a violation of protection from abuse order in Ulster Township. According to police, 29-year-old Eric Odell is accused of contacting a female sometime between April 28th and May 2nd while an order of protection was in place. Odell also went to the woman’s residence in Ulster, a violation of the order. He is due for a hearing.
