State Police in Pennsylvania are looking to crack down on drunk driving over the Easter weekend. According to recent numbers, Pennsylvania experiences 12,000 DUI-related crashes each year, an average of 33 per day. One of the counties targeting drunk driving is Susquehanna County, and State Police in Gibson will be conducting DUI checkpoints and roving patrols this weekend. Fines range from $300 to $6,000 with prison time up to five years for a convicted DUI. License suspensions are also possible.
