Red flag warning for Northeastern PA

There is a red flag warning for Northeastern Pennsylvania until 8PM today. A red flag warning means that conditions are more than favorable for the occurrence of brush fires. Low humidity, high temperatures, and strong winds are what prompted the weather service out of Binghamton to issue this warning. The warning includes: Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike, Southern Wayne, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties in Pennsylvania.
