One man is dead and another man is in custody for murder after a stabbing at an apartment complex. Police were called to the Northcliffe Apartments in Cortland
Saturday afternoon for a reported stabbing. Police found the body of Terry Walker of Syracuse inside an apartment. Randy Wilkinson was arrested and charged with second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. Police said Wilkinson was at the scene when they arrived and has been cooperative. He was taken to the Cortland County Jail without bail and is scheduled to reappear in Cortland City Court today.
