23-year-old Jordan Preston, of Marathon New York, has been arrested for two counts of felony Criminal Possession of Stolen Property. The arrest is related to a theft of a yellow 2016 Suzuki motorcycle, stolen from a residence on State Route 11 in the Town of Lisle, on September 7, 2017. Also, the defendant was charged in connection to the theft of a 2003 red and black Yamaha Raptor ATV, stolen from a residence on Hunts Corners Road in the town of Lisle, on August 27, 2014. Preston was arraigned in the Town of Lisle Court and was remanded to the Broome County Jail. The motorcycle and ATV were not recovered.
