Two Binghamton girls have been found safe after being held against their will for nearly a year. 14-year-old Shaeleen Fortner, and 16-year-old Kylea Fortner went missing in April of last year. They were found safe on Wednesday in the Town of Vestal. 29-year-old Amanda Hellman of Vestal is said to have abducted the girls in the area of the Susquehanna Valley Middle and High Schools. Hellman has since been arraigned and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
