A Bradford County woman has been arrested for several charges against a minor. Jessica Gowin of Columbia Crossroads, Pennsylvania was arrested for indecent assault, indecent exposure, simple assault, and corruption of a minor. The charges come after what authorities describe as an incident between Gowin and a 6-year-old in July. Gowin has been sent to the Bradford County Jail on $25,000 bail.
