The husband of a Pennsylvania woman who was found dead last month is now being charged with involuntary manslaughter. 29-year-old Scott Kunkle of Monroe Township is being charged with aggravated assault and involuntary manslaughter in relation to the death of his wife, 28-year-old Patricia Kunkle. Patricia died at Memorial Hospital last month after Pennsylvania State Police responded to a domestic disturbance at the couple’s home in Monroe. An autopsy was performed at Lourdes Hospital and ruled the cause of Patricia’s death to be blunt force trauma to the head and internal injuries. Scott Kunkle was originally arrested for simple assault and reckless endangerment before the charges were withdrawn on Monday morning by the Bradford County District Attorney. He was released on $50,000 bail.
