A North Dakota man has been charged–two years after–being involved in a deadly crash in Bradford County. 29-year-old Joseph Jaster is now facing one count of homicide by vehicle for the death of 27-year-old Devon Miller. Jaster crashed his truck along State Route 2010, in Terry Township, in early September 2011. Miller, who was in the passenger’s seat, was partially thrown from the truck, and killed. Investigators say Jaster was speeding at the time of the crash. He has been arraigned and was released on $5,000 bail.
