A 13-year-old is facing terror-related charges after threatening to kill several people. According to Pennsylvania State Police, a 13-year-old boy in the S.T.A.R program — a student transition and recovery program in Bradford County — started acting out during a morning physical drill on Friday. When instructors confronted the student, he threatened to kill the instructors, other students and himself. He also threatened to blow up the building.
