Tioga Downs has been granted a full casino license. The state’s Gaming Commission officially approved a full casino license for Tioga Downs at their meeting today. The official approval comes 10 months after Tioga Downs was recommended for a license by the commission’s facility location board. With the gambling license, Tioga Downs will now be able to offer Las Vegas-style table and card gaming to patrons. They will break ground on their new hotel project next week and hope to have the full casino open in October.
