A carnival ride operator at the Delaware County Fair is facing a long list of charges after the sheriff’s office says he was drunk while operating rides at the fair.51-year-old Matthew Dyer of Florida, was allegedly intoxicated while running a ride on the midway. Deputies say his actions put passengers at risk.The man faces 20 misdemeanor reckless endangerment charges.He’s being held in the Delaware County Jail on $20,000 cash bail.
