A Tioga County Pennsylvania girl has died in an ATV crash in Union Township. The ATV, with an 11-year-old girl driving, was travelling at a high rate of speed, when it flipped trying to negotiate a turn. The driver and two riders were pinned. The 8-year-old passenger was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The Pennsylvania State Police report that the driver and a 16-year-old passenger were taken to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
