A New York City man allegedly stabbed another man in Elmira, and is now facing charges. 19-year-old Rodney Lewis is said to have stabbed the victim at the intersection of O’Brien Place and Broadway just before 12:30 in the afternoon on Thursday. The victim had to be taken to the hospital where they were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. At this time, investigators say it was not a random act. Lewis is facing charges of second-degree assault.
