An investigation by the State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Elmira Police Department resulted in the arrest of 30-year-old Dennis C. Washington, of Elmira, on one count of felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.The arrest was the result of the joint investigation involving the sale of Crack Cocaine in the City of Elmira and a Search Warrant executed Tuesday at a residence within the City of Elmira. 14 grams of crack cocaine were recovered.
