An Elmira school bus driver has been ticketed after crashing into a garbage truck Monday morning. The bus, which had one student on board, ran a stop sign and overturned. The student was not injured but was taken to hospital as a precaution. The driver of the garbage truck had minor injuries. Police did not identify either driver or the student.
