An Elmira man has been arrested after a stabbing incident on Tuesday.
According to Elmira Police, the incident occurred at around 12:15 p.m. on Walnut Street in Elmira.
One person was found bleeding from multiple stab wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was listed i critical condition.
The suspect left the scene, but was later arrested and identified as 45-year-old Lontell Davis.
He was charged with attempted homicide and remanded to the Chemung County Jail.
