A Horseheads man is facing charges after a fatal hit-and-run on Sunday night.
According to Horseheads Police, 34-year-old Louis R. Johnson has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident, which is a Class D felony.
The accident occurred in the area of Grand Central Ave. and John Street in Horseheads at around 10:40 pm on Sunday.
Following an investigation, Johnson was identified as a suspect and was arrested.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
