78-year-old Kenneth Aukett was in court Monday night regarding a May crash that seriously injured New York State Trooper Craig Foglia in the town of Campbell. Aukett pleaded guilty to four traffic tickets, including reckless driving. Aukett’s attorney said he believes his client blacked out just before the accident. In court, Aukett expressed extreme guilt. Foglia is recovering at home. Aukett paid about $800 to settle the traffic tickets.
