Authorities have identified the body found after a report of suspicious activity in Elmira on Saturday. Authorities say that the body was that of 12-year-old Jeremiah Alford. Alford was fatally shot after another individual was playing with what he thought was an unloaded gun in the same room. The gun was loaded. Authorities are ruling the case an accident. Dozens of people gathered in Elmira last night to hold a candlelight vigil.
