Two people were injured when a large box truck collided with a Greyhound bus on Route 81 North in Lisle yesterday. The Broome County Sheriff’s Office says it started when the box truck driven by 62-year-old George Koestner of Jonestown, PA drove off the road, and then overcorrected directly into the path of the bus. Koestner was uninjured, but issued traffic tickets for leaving the roadway. One of the passengers was taken to Wilson Hospital for treatment. The bus had 35 passengers on board at the time of the accident.
