It will be all things maple in Marathon this weekend as the village hosts the 47th annual Central New York Maple Festival. The festival will offer all kinds of maple food products, including syrup on pancakes, cotton candy, and milk shakes. Besides food, there will also be plenty of entertainment, including a chain saw demonstration and other free entertainment, a craft fair, and a 5K run to benefit Relay for Life.
