The murder of Daniel Bennett was featured on Oxygen’s “Snapped” on Sunday night. Alice Trappler was sentenced to 25 years to life on all counts i the April 2012 shooting murder of Bennett. Thomas Wesley Borden was originally wanted for the shooting, but killed himself by jumping in front of a train. The prosecution argued Trappler ordered Wesley and Nathan Hand to kill Bennett. Hand agreed to a plea deal, and is currently serving 19 years in prison. Trappler’s attorney has since filed an appeal.
