The two men who led Pennsylvania State Police on a high-speed chase on Monday morning have been arrested. 33-year-old Erich West and 21-year-old Ryan West, both of Wellsboro, were wanted on a number of warrants. They were spotted driving a stolen vehicle on State Route 660 in Richmond Township. The two then led police on a high-speed chase through several towns before turning onto Scouten Hill Road in Charleston Township. An immediate search of the area after the incident was unsuccessful. At this time, police have not released any further information, such as when, where, or how they caught the suspects.
