Five days after a fire devastated a home on Bevier Street in Binghamton, fire investigators say that the cause of the blaze will remain unknown. Fire officials say that they’ve identified a couple spots in the home where the fire may have started, however, the structure in those areas has been so heavily damaged, it makes investigating too dangerous. The fire displaced a single mother and her 8 children. The American Red Cross is assisting the displaced family.
