A Binghamton man is facing charges after a search warrant at his home determined he was illegally in possession of two shotguns and a Beretta .22 caliber handgun with a defaced serial number. 31-year-old Amin Rashid initially gave police a false name, but was later found to be wanted on an active parole warrant.
He was arraigned in city court before being sent to the Broome County jail without bail.
