A bomb threat in Sayre closed down a major retailer for several hours. The Walmart on Elmira street went on lockdown last night. An employee is said to have used the store’s loudspeaker system to ask everyone to exit the store as quickly and safely as possible. Authorities have not released any information on possible suspects. The store reopened at about 9PM.
