A Bradford County man received a warm welcome from his hometown of Canton yesterday, as he passed through on his journey to run across the United States to raise money for cancer research. Garth Watson started his journey over 3,000 miles away in Los Angeles, and plans on finishing his run in Central Park in New York City. He is doing all of this in an effort to raise $10,000 for “Stand Up 2 Cancer.” Garth Watson hopes to finish his run in less than 100 days.
