After more than two years since an Elmira couple was struck and killed by a drunk driver in Bradford County, the man who caused the accident has been sentenced. 45-year-old Roegesters Grays of Lawrenceville has been sentenced to 21 to 47 years in state prison. Grays was found guilty of his crimes in November of last year.
