A recent Troy Area High School graduate was killed in a motorcycle accident in Bradford County on Monday. 21-year-old Rebecca Hulslander, of Troy, was traveling west on U.S. Route 6 when she stopped to make a left-hand turn, and 18-year-old Daniel Wilber, who was driving behind Hulslander, could not stop his motorcycle in time, striking the left rear corner of her vehicle. From there, the motorcycle traveled into the eastbound lane of Route 6 where it collided with an oncoming vehicle. Wilber suffered fatal injuries during the crash and was pronounced dead shortly before 10:30 Monday morning. Hulslander and the driver of the vehicle that collided with Wilber were uninjured. At this time, Pennsylvania State Police are investigating why Wilber was unable to stop his motorcycle in time. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
