The Binghamton Police Department is continuing its investigation into the death of a Binghamton University student. 20-year-old Stefani Lineva of Queens was found lying in the eastbound lanes of Route 434 in Binghamton just after 2am on Saturday. Police say that Lineva’s injuries suggest that she was struck by a motor vehicle. The incident took place at Route 434’s Pennsylvania Avenue exit in Binghamton.
