Binghamton University has suspended the fraternity where a freshman student died in an off-campus accident Saturday. Police say 18-year-old Conor Donnelly of Pearl River was climbing between the third and fourth floor balconies of the Alpha Sigma Phi building at 92 Front Street when he fell to his death. They also say he was drinking before the accident. BU has suspended the fraternity pending an investigation and say they continue to have counselors available to speak with any students affected by Donnelly’s death.
